Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026

Summit Cloud Services LLC (“Summit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, an optional subject line, and your message. We use this solely to read and respond to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically record limited technical information when you visit, which may include your approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used in aggregate to understand site usage and keep the site secure and reliable.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions and communicate with you about potential or ongoing work.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to run this site and communicate with you. Each processes information only as needed to provide their service:

  • Microsoft Azure — website hosting and infrastructure.
  • Twilio SendGrid — delivery of contact-form messages to our email inbox.
  • Google Analytics — aggregate website usage analytics.

Data retention

We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to correspond with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete them. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s default retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You may request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us. To make a request, email contact@summitcloudservices.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also decline cookies through your browser and opt out of analytics as described above.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers or government identifiers) through the contact form.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
